KIKEN MANIA MANGA REVIEW
-NANAJIMA KANA
(APRIL 29 2020)
Is loving someone who loves you enough? Does liking them back means your happiness? In the present, people strive to be loved instead of loving someone. Most of us want the safe zone, not knowing what loving really meant. The story revolves around a student named "Nono" and her struggle in finding her happiness. With a cute face and cheerful attitude, Nono finds herself going out with guys, only because they confess to her. Having no idea what love really is and how it works, how guy thinks differently and innocently walking on their traps, she gets in trouble again and again. Well, maybe that's what the teenage generation is now, clueless, easygoing, unaware of danger. While she keeps on attracting dangerous guys on her way of finding someone, lucky she is having "Kazuma" protecting her. A casanova guy who became his friend and is already attracted at her since the the beginning.
How the character of Nono been made is a sight to see. Refreshing, beautiful, with long hair dazzling around her. However, there are times where the characters seems not proportional, mostly male characters. The eyes seems too far apart, the hair is also not on point. There are scenarios where the characters feature is, instead of being highlighted and drooled over, will get questioned due to its unappealing view. The one thing best on the art is when the characters are not looking in front but on the sides. That was when the characters are perfectly created.
Finishing the story with them happy, living together with years of having one another completes the deal, it is really a happy ending. Too good to be true, too dreamlike, but well, isn't it good? But it really bothers me, isn't celebrating monthly relationship should be monthsary and not month anniversary?
