KOROSHI AI ANIME REVIEW

KOROSHI AI ANIME REVIEW
-FE

GENRES: ACTION, ROMANCE
PREMIERED: WINTER 2022

Plot:

He existed. He lived. He can't be forgotten. The concept of the story somewhat reminds me of Zankyou no Terror. Though the one screaming of existence is not he himself, but the one who knew he once breathe. The series started when Chateau Dankworth (bounty hunter) encounter Song Ryang-Ha (assassin) in a mission. After the unexpected meeting, Ryang-Ha continuously pester Chateau for attention, making the viewer curious of what his intention and plan.

I do love the concept of the story. It shows what one can do, for someone who became their light when no one is around to help them. How twisted, empty, and unjustifiable their action and belief can be because of how life make them suffer.

The series is really a great watch for those who are willing to understand it, for me. Let us tackle those what I observe and see if we have the same grasp.

In the flashback, the real and deceased Song Ryang-Ha was given an instruction to fetch the father of Chateau. Due to some circumstances, the father of Chateau was killed and the real Song Ryang-Ha was given responsibility to take care of little Chateau and deliver it to his boss. Before this happens, the real Song Ryang-Ha helped the current Song Ryang-Ha in danger which is unnamed at that moment.

The current and the real Song Ryang-Ha then take care of the little Chateau who's fearful and traumatized. However, the two boys got into an argument, resulting for the current Song Ryang-Ha to walk away, leaving the real Song Ryang-Ha and Chateau. Fast forward, due to her mental condition, she accidentally shot the real Song Ryang-Ha and ended his life. The current Song Ryang-Ha found himself lying in a hospital bed, was talked by an officer, telling him to forget what happened and that Song Ryang-Ha ever existed.

So sorry, I just have the feel that I needed to elaborate the flashback first. Now, let's go back to the present time.

The current Song Ryang-Ha is twisted and empty for me. Why?

He took the name of the real Song Ryang-Ha because he has no identity himself. He's been living changing names without purpose. His encounter with the real Song Ryang-Ha and the fact that he died without anyone's care and acknowledgment made him feel responsible to let that existence known. But apart from that, he have found what he can be. He found an identity, a purpose, a reason, which is not his, but he etched in his soul.

The reason why he protected Chateau with all his life is not because he really cares for her, it's because the real Song Ryang-Ha protected her to death, that's why he's doing the same. Because he's now the Song Ryang-Ha. At least, that's what I feel. He has no reason to care for her to the point of sacrificing his own life. Just because of not even a day meeting in their past, it's kinda unrealistic. (But if that's really is, then I don't know). The current Song Ryang-Ha is living with the delusion that he needed the name to be acknowledge, but in the end, he just can't give it up. Since he has no identity himself.

Characters:

Though he is twisted and empty for me, I still love his character. Haha. He somehow reminds me of Dazai. A character who hides his craziness, with smile and jokes. A character who's hiding his pain with laughter. Isn't that what's realistic? Him, being like that, due to his cruel past, is acceptable. That's what makes him dangerous, but vulnerable.

Chateau on the other hand, looks like Violet Evergarden. Her character is strong, but weak. She's dependent with Song Ryang-Ha, and mysterious. I want to see more of her. Reasons why she's traumatized, who she is, and more of her expressions. I love her cute face and I wanna see more of her.

Ending:

The season 2 will be much better, I think. The right answers that should be given, the explanation of their existence, the reason of the hunt. At least, some of the questions was answered at the ending, but it just makes me more curious. Is Chateau a princess? What's the current Song Ryang-Ha's past? What is his real intent? Hoping for next season!

KUROKO NO BASKET MOVIE 4 LAST GAME SUMMARY

KUROKO NO BASKET MOVIE 4 LAST GAME SUMMARY -TADATOSHI FUJIMAKI When you thought that the story ends after the Winter Cup Tournament, this movie turns out to be the final phase of the story. Well, basketball does not end in one's country. After winning the game, there is no doubt that another player, much more talented, much more better, will go your way. During the movie, American Basketball Team, famous in the field of Basketball visited Japan. A point where all of the members of the Generations of Miracles, along with Kuroko and Kagami, will have to fight them comes. It is a very interesting and exciting movie since it will be the first time showing how they play as a real team. How they realize that there are players who can match up on their level, who can take them head on, that will trigger them to do more than what they are doing. And to depend on their teammates because basketball is a five player game and not one. Well, Kuroko did made them realize that fact. What I find k...

KUROKO NO BASKET MOVIES 1 2 3 SUMMARY

KUROKO NO BASKET MOVIES 1 2 3 SUMMARY -TADATOSHI FUJIMAKI 1. Movie 1 Winter Cup Soushuuhen - Kage to Hikari 2. Movie 2 Winter Cup Soushuuhen - Namida no Saki e 3. Movie 3 Winter Cup Soushuuhen - Tobira no Mukou Movie one, two, and three is a summarize version of Season one, two, and three. Though unlike the Season one series where it tackles first the plays Seirin made in order to participate in the Winter Cup and Season 2 moving on to the tournament itself, the Movies focuses on the Winter Cup alone and show only a bit of introduction from the Season one series. The movies consist of the highlights and the outplays Team Seirin did in order to defeat every team with a Generation of Miracles member. It is a waste not to watch them but I decided not to. Not because it will be a waste of time but I know that watching it will make my memory jumble. Since I've watched each episodes of all three seasons, I already know how the story goes. But apart from that fact, every bit of extras, no...
